Shipping policy

  • Worldwide shipping is available and free for all orders.
  • Delivery time is usually between 4 to 8 days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
  • All our carriers have a tracking system in place that enables you to follow your package. In the exceptional case something unexpected happens (delay, lost package, damaged package, ...) contact the carrier's customer service first and they will help you. If the package is lost or damaged, you can file a complaint with the shipping carrier.
